Current rules for solar facades
Among other things, the speakers will be looking at the regulations for integrating solar modules into building facades. This will include the certification of suitable solar modules in European countries. Product specifications and the requirements of the construction industry for suppliers of BIPV components will also be discussed.

New planning tools
Participants will also learn about the latest developments when it comes to planning and designing solar facades. The digitalisation and overall view of projects using Building Information Modelling (BIM) is just as much a part of the programme as the aesthetic and economic optimisation of solar facades.
Fire protection will be discussed
Using specific projects, participants will also learn how solar building envelopes can be realised in combination with other building materials or various functions. Last but not least, fire protection for solar facades will also be discussed. One solution will be presented in detail.
