With newly introduced thicknesses, AGC's Clearvision series now covers glass thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm, enabling design professionals and furniture manufacturers to work with even thicker, low-iron glass for larger furniture and building elements.
Glass manufacturer AGC offers the Planibel Clearvision series in various glass thicknesses. These glasses are produced in different factories: in Boussois, France (3 to 12 mm), in Cuneo, Italy (4 to 19 mm) and in Osterweddingen, Germany (3 to 10 mm).
For the 15 and 19 mm thick versions, a special technology ensures a perfectly uniform thickness and easier processing (cutting, laminating, etc.) of the glass, according to the manufacturer. In addition, the product has the same extra-clear and neutral colour in all thicknesses. Even at 15 and 19 mm thickness, Clearvision remains completely neutral - a testament to the purity of the glass.
