Solarlux products combine functionality, durability and design. Newer solutions offer a wide range of configuration options. They also show that burglary protection, energy efficiency and sound insulation are not mutually exclusive.
The new generation of folding glass doors
The folding glass door has been the heart of the company from the very beginning. It can be unfolded across the entire width of the room, and the connected glass elements are stowed as a narrow package at the side. Closed, it creates almost limitless spatial impressions, because the filigree profiles offer maximum transparency.
For the latest system family Ecoline, Highline, Woodline and Combiline, the patented technology of the previous models has been perfected and adapted for the material wood as well as the combination aluminium/wood. At the same time, the familiar technology facilitates easy adjustability and quick assembly for specialist companies.
Stability and smooth running
Even when closed, the Ecoline and Highline aluminium systems with face widths of only 99 mm in the sash joint allow a view of the surroundings. With the Combiline aluminium/wood system, a profile face width of 143 mm could be realised, and the Woodline wood system manages with only 147 mm.

When closed, the movable façade solution guarantees the best thermal insulation values. With up to 0.8 W/m²K, Highline is actually suitable for passive houses.
The high-quality stainless steel running technology ensures excellent stability and smooth running even with heavy glass weights and large elements. In addition, the technology is low-maintenance and wear-free.
Almost unlimited number of opening variants
Floor tracks are available in various designs: barrier-free and suitable for residential use or also as a zero-barrier solution for commercial use.
Opening inwards or outwards, folding to the left and/or right: the system range offers an almost unlimited number of opening variants. Each folding glass door is made to measure and can be combined with skylights, fixed, turn/tilt and corner elements.

The systems are used in a variety of ways: they are the large-area and movable alternative to patio doors or classic windows. In public buildings, the movable façade solution opens business entrances, VIP lounges in stadiums or balconies in multi-storey residential buildings. Made to measure, they can be combined with a conservatory as a precisely fitting substructure element. The burglar resistance is certified up to RC2.
More than a sliding window: cero
Special design and technical details distinguish cero, which Solarlux can supply as a finished, certified sliding window with all available system components from a single source. No other sliding window offers the narrowest profile face widths of only 34 mm for element sizes up to six metres high - regardless of wind load. A daylight component of 98 % underlines the highest transparency for generous views. With a glass area of up to 15 m² and a weight of up to 1000 kilos, cero can be moved manually with ease. Complete automatic operation including electromechanical locking and unlocking is also possible.
With triple single-pane safety glazing, the cero III system achieves Uw values in the range of passive house suitability.
In order to meet the special security requirements for extremely large glass surfaces, equipment up to burglary protection class RC3 is available; integration into an existing, higher-level monitoring system is also possible as an option.
