With its selectivity of 2.12, the new solar control glass clearly surpasses most conventional products. The new product has a very low external and internal reflection at the same time.
The glass is colour-neutral (Ra,D = 95) and allows maximum daylight into the room (TL = 70 percent). With a g value of only 33 percent, the product also very effectively reduces the climate load behind glass facades. The light reflection to the inside is 11 percent, to the outside it even reflects only 10 percent of the light. The above values apply to triple glazing, the product is also available as triple insulating glass.
Formats up to 3.21 × 18 m
The new solar control glass is also very flexible when it comes to further processing: it is available in standard tape sizes, but also in formats up to 3.21 × 18 m (on request). This makes Stopray Ultra-70 ideal for the requirements of upmarket commercial and residential buildings, especially when XXL formats are required.
