Since 2021, the long-established glass companies Döring Glas Berlin and Flachglaswerk Radeburg have been operating as vandaglas GmbH. This strategic merger expands the vandaglas Group's activities in Central Europe and consolidates its expertise in the facade and project business.

The Vandaglas Group with seven locations is active in the European market. As a subsidiary of the Aequita Group, which was founded in 2017 by Dr Axel Geuer, the Group employs several thousand people and generates a turnover of over 500 million euros.
