Background: Pyroguard has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years following a successful investment programme to expand production capacity for its specially toughened fire resistant glass and an expansion of its international trading presence. This led to a successful merger of TFSG with the svt group of companies in October 2022, which the group says has created a European market-leading position in passive fire protection.
The new position of Managing Director Pyroguard was created specifically to lead the company through its planned growth phase, in which turnover is expected to double over the next five years. Mathieu Joli will drive this project as Pyroguard Managing Director.

In the coming phase of growth, Pyroguard will invest heavily in expanding its manufacturing capacity, accelerating its testing and certification programmes, and launching a new range of cuttable fire resistant glass called Pyroguard Advance.
Who is Mathieu Joli?
With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and his professional experience in the aerospace industry in various technical, operational and managerial roles, the company believes Mathieu Joli is ideally suited for the new role.
