In the past, fall protection glazing was already possible with the Uniquin system. For this type of glazing, proof of usability in accordance with building regulations must always be provided.
Now Dorma-Glas, a partner in the Flachglas MarkenKreis, has actually extended the range of possibilities, because a corresponding general test certificate from the building authorities is now also available for fall protection up to 3300 mm.
Fixed glazing up to 3300 mm in height
Depending on the glass structure (composition of LSG), glass dimensions (height and width) and depending on the mounting of the glazing in Uniquin fixed parts (2-, 3- or 4-sided), fall protection solutions can now be realised up to a construction height of 3300 mm. Extensions to the corresponding general building inspection test certificate P-2021-3023 are available for all possible sizes.
