Victoria Renz-Kiefel has headed the management of Swisspacer since 2020 and steered the spacer manufacturer safely through the Covid pandemic. At the same time, she laid the foundation for many important changes. "Together in the team, we were able to initiate many things to position the company well for the future. These included our new CRM or the development of the sustainability strategy," says Victoria Renz-Kiefel. In her new job at Saint-Gobain, she will drive the cross-brand cooperation of consulting with investors, architects and planners. Francis Cholley took over the position as Managing Director of Swisspacer on 1 March 2022.

Francis Cholley has been with Saint-Gobain for 28 years and has held a number of positions within the Saint-Gobain Group, most recently working in the Asian region. He gained many years of experience at SageGlass - the specialist for electrochromic glass.

In the first few weeks, he will manage Swisspacer together with Victoria Renz-Kiefel to ensure an orderly handover. "Swisspacer is a global, high value company that provides a key component for energy-efficient window and facade solutions," says Cholley.
