Stephan Kranz leaving Saint-Gobain Glass as Chairman

After Stephan Kranz, currently Chairman of the Management Board of Saint-Gobain Glass Deutschland GmbH & Saint-Gobain Deutsche Glas GmbH, expressed his personal wish to leave the Saint-Gobain Group in the summer of 2022, Pascal Decker will take over as Chairman of the Management Board of Saint-Gobain Glass Deutschland GmbH and Saint-Gobain Deutsche Glas on 1 February 2023 to lead Saint-Gobain's glass activities in Germany.

Pascal Decker will be taking over as Chairman of the Management Board of Saint-Gobain Glass

Pascal Decker has been with the Saint-Gobain Group since 1995 and has held various responsible positions, mainly in the mineral wool sector, in the areas of production, "Technical & Industrial Performance" and general management in various countries, including Germany.

The handover of the functions by Stephan Kranz will take place with the necessary care in these weeks.
