From apprentice to management

Florian Temper is a good example of the development of talent within the company, according to those responsible. Since his apprenticeship as a production technician, he has gained experience in a wide range of manufacturing processes and acquired a sound knowledge of glass finishing.
This was followed by professional milestones as Head of Quality Control, followed by the establishment of the Technical Competence Centre for the international façade business and the additional role of Head of Order and Project Management. In October 2022, Florian Temper became Operations Manager at vandaglas Eckelt in Steyr.

Florian Temper has been with the company for 24 years. ‘It has always been particularly important to me that I have a good team and treat them as such. I am looking forward to the new role and appreciate the trusting exchange with Christian Lechner and the shared visions for our company,’ says Florian Temper.
The company vandaglas Eckelt specialises in complex functional glass for the global market. It has been part of the vandaglas Group since July 2022. An independent group of industrial glass processors with 14 locations in the Netherlands, England, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
