Uniquin system now with glazing bars for walls and doors

In old industrial buildings with a contemporary use, the use of glass walls with a matching muntin design lends itself to the division of spacious lofts into individual offices or even living areas.

And since the industrial look has long since found its way into the furniture and decoration sector for the private living environment, room dividers with glazing bars are also a suitable alternative to the purist glass wall. The glazing bars, 3 mm flat and 35 mm wide aluminium profiles, can be included in the planning of a new Uniquin system or can also be used to redesign existing glass systems and glass doors.

How the new profiles can be used with Uniquin

Uniform louvres, accentuation of individual fields, graphic patterns: everything is possible because the stock lengths of 2960 mm are cut individually on site. In case cut edges remain visible during the design, they can be adapted to the colour of the powder coating with an optionally offered touch-up pencil.

The profiles are then simply fixed to the glass on both sides with double-sided adhesive tape. This also makes it possible to cover the gaps in fixed parts that are next to each other. When using on doors in frames, the free glass edge on one side must be taken into account for the stop on the door seal.

And if the room design is changed, the glass partitions can be easily relocated or dismantled.
