With the hyCrane 1000, fitters can not only easily handle windows, facade elements and glass panes weighing up to 1000 kilograms (using a double rope), but also move them sideways. Here the reach of this construction site equipment is 9.5 metres.
Various applications can be attached to the crane head of the hyCrane, such as a flyjib (for passing glass and elements to from the outside to the inside) as well as a glass manipulator, with which, among other things, glass can be inserted at great heights by radio control.
What else is the crane capable of?
As a special plus, the TGT machine professionals from Emsbüren also offer a personnel basket for the hyCrane 1000, from which the fitters are able to insert panes and windows, even at dizzy heights, if necessary, completely without scaffolding. The hyCrane can also be equipped with vacuum lifters and hooks.
The compact hyCrane 1000 crane is designed as a universal crawler for glass, metal and window fitters, which can be used by fitters on a wide variety of construction site surfaces.

Another special feature of the crane is its built-in Pick & Carry functionality. This allows components and glass weighing up to 350 kilograms to be attached and transported without having to extend and lower the crane's support legs.

A 13-horsepower Honda motor and, as an additional drive, a 380 AC motor (4.0 kW/6A) act as the drive for the hyCrane. Due to its compact design and the total weight of about 2720 kilograms (without counterweight), the approximately 5 m long hyCrane crane can actually be driven to the construction site with a 3.5 t transporter. This saves fitters time and effort, as they can use their existing vehicles for transport. This gives technician a high degree of flexibility.
