Rehau's window division is experiencing above-average growth in all regions. For this reason, the company is making targeted investments in its presence close to the market in many markets, thus meeting the high demand and at the same time implementing its global growth strategy in the interests of its local partners.

On the American continent, for example, investments in a new plant in Buenos Aires (Argentina) characterise the Rehau WS presence. In Great Britain, the polymer specialist is strengthening its presence in Blaenau, sustainability and service are the focus of market performance. The expansion of existing production and supply facilities at locations in Poland and Romania increases performance and service locally.
A strong location now even stronger
The plant expansions at the Polish location in Śrem are also connected to the expansion course. "With a strengthened regional performance profile, Rehau Window Solutions can from now on make even better use of the outstanding location of the Śrem site as our heart in the region. In this way, we support the further growth of our partners in the connected markets with our investments and promote it proactively," says CEO Carsten Heuer.

The result is a comprehensive expansion of the plant as well as the logistics centre in Śrem. Window profile systems are manufactured here and distributed throughout Europe via the connected logistics centre. As part of the plant expansion, a new extrusion hall, a raw material hall, a tool warehouse, a locksmith's shop, a recycling hall as well as a logistics and order picking hall were built. (mfo)
