For optimal furnace operation, Tk has developed two methods for remote control of production: Thanks to PLC or thermocomputer, the processor can also constantly monitor automated 4.0 production processes.
For safety glass, Tk offers different product lines: Laminating ovens, chemical tempering ovens, heat soak test ovens and thermal tempering systems. For thermal toughening, there are three lines in the range: Easy Temper, Star Temper and Master Temper, which cover every production need from small lines to large systems.

TK's furnaces for chemical tempering are complex installations with special details that allow the glass to obtain improved mechanical properties than those obtained by a thermal tempering process. The mechanical strength of a chemically toughened glass can be 5 to 8 times higher than that of thermally toughened glass, and its impact strength is also higher. Currently, glass with a maximum size of up to 2500 × 4000 mm can be processed with the Tk furnaces.

The Tk portfolio also includes the three laminating glass lines: Lamijet, Convection and Breva, which are designed for different productions. Depending on the type of film processed, the heating and cooling systems required and the need to add an HST cycle.
