The facade of the new building of the Fraunhofer Institute for Energy Economics and Energy Systems Technology IEE at the main railway station in Kassel was equipped with triple insulating glass, including Gewe-therm solar solar control glass from Schollglas. Here you can find out what role this plays in the energy concept of the building.
Norway has set itself ambitious climate protection goals. The country wants to have its buildings be more or less carbon neutral by 2050. A shining example is the Powerhouse Telemark with its innovative facade.
In cooperation with Kuka AG, a robot cell has been developed that supplements the Schüco machining centre with an autonomous loading and unloading system for greater precision, speed and dynamics. This is also intended as a response to the shortage of skilled workers in the metal construction industry.
