If you are looking for the highest insulation values in insulating glass, you will find them in insulating glass units with an integrated vacuum element, such as Fineo Hybrid. It insulates with a Ug-value of less than 0.5 W/(m2K), but are significantly more delicate than triple insulating glass with a thickness of 22 mm or more.
