With the new eT-Litocran700, Eurotech wants to make installation easier for window and facade manufacturers. The new device consists of a combination of an extremely mobile 3D head on a telescopic arm with a vacuum lifting device. By means of remote control, the finest movements can be carried out in all directions.
Even large window elements can be easily and precisely "threaded" into wall openings from the outside with millimetre precision and installed with an exact fit, according to the developers. This drastically reduces labour costs and installation time, especially since the eT-Litocran700 is currently considered the fastest device of its kind.
Easy assembly
As a self-sufficient module, the eT-Litocran700 is mounted on a crane or telescopic handler with a quick-change device. Thanks to its own energy supply through replaceable lithium-ion batteries with 320 Ah, no connections are required on the vehicle.

A dedicated app provides information about the battery's charge status and operating time. A standard 230 V power supply is sufficient for charging. For users who prefer the eT-Litocran700 to be connected to the power unit of the telescopic handler, there is a variant that was developed together with Magni and is adapted to their vehicles.
As standard, the eT-Litocran700 is equipped with an eT-Hover-univac vacuum lifting device that can suck in glass panes, facade elements, stone, steel or concrete slabs weighing up to 700 kg. The eT-Hover-univac vacuum lifting system can also be detached from the 3D head with a quick-change device and attached to a crane, for example.
As a stand-alone unit, it then functions as a lifting device that operates in the tightest spaces on the construction site, regardless of height. The arrangement of the suction elements can be varied in many ways.
Intuitive control: The operation of both the eT-Litocran700 and the vacuum system eT-Hover-univac is done with only one remote control. The radio has a range of 100 m and can be operated intuitively. With it, all movements of the eT-Litocran700 can be executed absolutely smoothly, controlled and very precisely.

The 3D head of the eT-Litocran700 allows any conceivable positioning of the suction unit. In addition, the arm, which can be telescoped by 400 mm, can be swivelled and rotated by 180 degrees. This allows the installation of windows 90 degrees to the side of the telescopic handler without having to move it. On construction sites, there is not always enough space to optimally place incoming material.
The eT-Litocran700 compensates for this with its mobility. It simply picks up previously inaccessible glass panes that are on an A-frame on the side facing away from the construction site. Move it? Superfluous! Even complicated overhead manoeuvres or overcoming obstacles such as balcony railings are no problem.

Its 400 mm telescopic arm accurately positions each element to the last millimetre. In this way, two fitters can easily fit an entire facade. The eT-Litocran700 saves cumbersome handling with the risk of breakage and provides maximum flexibility in the outdoor area with a minimum of personnel.
The unit is available at short notice
The extensive test phase of the eT-Litocran700 has now been completed. A test sale in Denmark went very well. The unit is now also available in Germany in larger quantities. A YouTube video gives a visual impression of how the eT-Litocran700 works in use. Eurotech is currently offering an attractive programme for machine rental companies in the D-A-CH region who would like to include the eT-Litocran700 in their machine fleet.
