In this cooperation, Winsta takes over the business initiation and local sales, while Okna Nowak remains active as an experienced problem solver in window installation. For Okna Nowak's customers, this co-operation means:
· Highest installation quality - now also in countries such as Italy, France, the UK, Scandinavia and more.
· Efficient networking between interested European parties and German manufacturers.
Winsta takes over the installation business beyond the German-speaking region
The cooperation agreement was signed on 14 October 2024 by Robert Nowak, founder and owner of Okna Nowak, and Tomasz Polaczek of Winsta, in Stuttgart, Germany. The two of them used to work for Pressglass in the early 2000s.

Winsta stands for Windows Installations and also offers installation services for window and glass facade elements in Western European markets outside the German-speaking countries. ‘The agreement stipulates,’ says Nowak, ’that we will install the orders organised by Winsta. In the second phase, we will set up a joint organisation Winsta Sp. z o.o.’ He goes on to say that the installation services offered in Western European markets in future will also be available to German manufacturers.
Tomasz Polaczek added: ‘Winsta's main aim is to offer the services of the most reliable and experienced installers for window and door manufacturers. We guarantee timely and high-quality completion of installation work. We have an extremely challenging market for window manufacturers, where we are seeing declining demand and strong price competition across Europe. Reliable and high-quality producers are facing high pressure on their businesses and falling margins. However, overall construction costs remain very high, which is limiting volumes and the utilisation of existing capacity at window manufacturers. We believe it is possible to implement solutions throughout the process to utilise all resources more efficiently and avoid bottlenecks in realisation. We currently work with around 70 installation specialists.’

The two companies have set themselves the goal of expanding Okna Nowak's window installation concept to other European markets. In doing so, they attach particular importance to the same high quality and expertise that Okna Nowak has established in Germany in order to guarantee customer satisfaction. In the first phase, the partners will focus on Western Europe, with the long-term perspective of establishing a joint organisation - Winsta Sp. z o.o - to efficiently manage the entire window installation business in the regions and countries.
