The Schüco FireStop ADS 90 FR 90 combines efficiency, functionality and design in one system. The heart of the FireStop platform is the rebate-open profile geometry, through which adjustments can be made quickly and flexibly during operation, according to changing requirements.
The profiles, accessories and fittings of the 90-minute fire protection system are largely identical to Schüco FireStop ADS 90 FR 30. The use of accessories such as fire protection isolators and glass holders enables the highest fire resistance class of 90 minutes to be achieved. At the same time, the fire protection door remains capable of being extended thanks to a fire protection insulation mat inserted into the frame and the door itself. Alterations such as the electrification of the door or the switch from single to multiple locks can also be implemented quickly and flexibly thanks to the profile geometry.

Concealed fittings, which for the first time are also available for fire protection doors with 90-minute fire resistance, and additional system sizes make it possible to achieve even greater design freedom and a uniform look throughout the building: The fire protection system can be implemented with a single door panel up to a passage opening of 1,400 x 2,700 millimetres and a double panel up to a maximum of 2,822 x 2,700 millimetres.
The open-ended profile geometry enables efficient manufacture and assembly of concealed fittings. The fittings can be installed efficiently and almost without requiring tools or additional milling work.

In addition, corner connections can now also be screwed or punched. Overall, the door weight of the Schüco ADS 90 FR 90 fire protection door is reduced by up to 20 percent compared to the old Schüco FireStop T90 system.
