Glassolutions in Switzerland generated sales of around 25 million euros by 2022 and employs around 70 people at its Kreuzlingen site in the canton of Thurgau. The transaction, which is expected to be completed by the end of May 2023, is part of the continued strategy to optimise the Group's profile and is in line with the objectives of the "Grow & Impact" plan.
According to the company's management, the acquisition of Glassolutions Kreuzlingen is another important milestone on Vandaglas' growth path. Glassolutions Kreuzlingen focuses its business on high-end quality glass and glass innovations. Its customers are high-end window manufacturers and small to medium-sized façade manufacturers.
With a production site and headquarters in Kreuzlingen and a sales office in Romont in western Switzerland, the company generates annual sales of around 25 million euros. In addition to access to the Swiss market, the Vandaglas Group expects further synergies.
