This includes the special show "glass technology live" as a particular visitor magnet, where the latest trends, developments and innovations from all areas of the glass sector are presented. These include static load-bearing glass constructions, interactive glass facades, new laminated glasses, vacuum glass and much more.

In addition, visitors to the fair can once again look forward to an extensive supporting programme. These include, among others:
- the glasstec conference with top-class lectures by leading experts, bringing together theory and practice in concentrated form,
- the Handicraft Centre, where a variety of glass products can be seen that offer new opportunities for the glass-processing handicraft,
- the Start-up Zone, an ideas and contact platform for networking with young, innovative companies,
- the glassart, a glass art exhibition with unique exhibits.
