La Quercetta is located just a few kilometres from the historic centre of Foligno and chose KE solutions to enhance its outdoor areas and offer guests an experience of refinement at the highest level in contact with nature.
An absolute plus for the property is the panoramic view over the valley, which, thanks to a structural intervention, can now be enjoyed to the fullest in all seasons. Among the various architectural and design solutions, the canopies stand out as a key element for expanding the spaces and enriching the range of services on offer. Made from high-quality materials and featuring a modern design, they create a refined atmosphere and blend in perfectly with the architecture of the relais, enhancing its natural surroundings.
Four different products at the start
In order to meet different comfort requirements and create different spaces for living in contact with the environment, various KE solutions were installed:
KE
Kedry Prime: The bioclimatic pergola with aluminium frame, panoramic sliding windows and adjustable Vertika Prime sunshades was chosen to create a versatile, weather-protected outdoor dining area. The project is rounded off by the Line Glass glazing system, which, with its minimalist design, high performance and all-glass effect, provides greater brightness and an uninterrupted panoramic view, thus enabling a constant dialogue between inside and outside.
Kheope: A sun sail with a light and minimalist design was installed by the pool, offering guests a cool and comfortable place in the shade.
Screeny Tens: These special drop curtains were installed on the roof terrace to protect it from the sun and create an intimate and cosy atmosphere.
Qubica Light: The shading system chosen for the veranda to ensure modular shaded spaces with natural ventilation.
To ensure perfect integration with the architectural style of the building, surfaces and colours were chosen to match the characteristics of the building. In particular, a Corten surface was used, which perfectly matches the colours of the earth and the rustic style.
The project was also enriched by a series of customisations, including sliding glass windows, LED lighting systems and adjustable sunshades to make the outdoor areas even more functional and comfortable.
Customised and design-oriented solutions
Thanks to KE's interventions, the outdoor areas of La Quercetta have been redesigned and transformed into customised and cosy ‘oases of peace’. The ingenious modularity of the solutions made it possible to create unique scenarios that highlight the beauty of the surrounding landscape. This project is further proof of KE's excellence and creativity in designing tailor-made projects for top-end gastronomy.
The flexibility of the solutions made it possible to create environments that meet even the most exclusive requirements and make the most of the natural features, confirming KE's exclusivity in the development of innovative projects.
