Forel will be showing a wide range of innovations at Vitrum: For example, an insulating glass line for thermoplastic spacers will be on show in operation at the exhibition stand. With the highly automated ISO line, insulating glass with TPS and also with rigid spacers can be processed.
A new sorting system for IG units will celebrate its world premiere. This integrated logistics solution makes it possible to temporarily store freshly sealed insulating glass in a specially automated warehouse.
The patented sorting system improves the material properties of the glass panes and also allows higher production speeds.
And the new unloading unit called Art. GU was developed with a focus on insulating glass with thermoplastic spacers. To meet the specific requirements of thermoplastic spacers, the racks of the unit can be adjusted to allow an inclination of only 2 degrees.
