At this year's Vitrum, visitors to the Lisec stand can expect to see a range of new products, including from subsidiary Schraml, as well as new software and services.
For the insulating glass segment, the Lisec TPA will be presented, a fully automated system for applying thermoplastic spacers. The process steps of installation, gas filling and pressing in the Lisec system concept meet the special requirements for thermoplastic spacers. Due to the permanent support of all glass panes, the smallest tolerances in the piece thickness and in the positioning of the glass panes in relation to each other are guaranteed.
Due to the seamless change between different glass dimensions, it offers maximum flexibility. The infinitely variable width adjustment makes it possible to switch between different spacer widths without waiting.
The line principle also applies to the logistical aspects. In this way, quality is ensured throughout the application.
