The Mizral complex consists of the eleven-storey Mirador tower block with a four-storey annex and the up to five-storey Infindo with two atriums. Under the name ‘Mizral - Visions on Campus’, the building complex combines state-of-the-art smart office buildings as a landmark, which stand out with their impressive outdoor facilities and green roof gardens. With a gross floor area of 52,000 square metres, the Mizral offers a modern office campus for open and communicative working.
State-of-the-art fire protection technologies with glass
Special Pilkington fire-resistant glass was installed in self-closing fire doors around the lift area, which not only increases safety but also sets architectural accents. This glass was carefully selected depending on the floor and function of the room.

Pilkington Pyrostop 30-10 was used on the ground floor, especially in the lobby. This 15 mm thick fire-resistant glass offers a fire resistance period of 30 minutes and thus reliably protects the most sensitive areas of the building from fire. On the upper floors, where meeting rooms and open boxes are located, Pilkington Pyrostop 30-17 was used.
This glass combines sound insulation with laminated safety glass and also offers a fire resistance period of 30 minutes. It is particularly suitable for areas where noise pollution needs to be minimised, thus contributing to a pleasant working environment.
Sustainable and modern design
Completed in 2022, Mizral has been awarded DGNB Gold certification for its sustainable construction and the BDA Düsseldorf Architecture Award 2023. The striking horizontal structure of the rounded buildings gives the building a distinctive appearance.
The facade elements of the energy-efficient CCF Closed Cavity facade run in horizontal bands around the rounded corners of the buildings, creating a flowing and threshold-free connection between the different parts of the building.

This impression is further emphasised by the scale-like arrangement of the storey-high glazing elements and narrow ventilation elements. Depending on the viewer's point of view, the facades open and close, changing their appearance as they move around the building. Asymmetrically placed loggias and three spacious atriums ensure flowing transitions between indoor and outdoor areas and emphasise the open spatial concept.
