What is new about the Swisspacer Ultimate Pro?
"The optimised material ensures that the spacers are particularly elastic," Mario Kindler, Product Manager at Swisspacer, explains the Swiss company's new development. "This makes the Ultimate Pro less susceptible to breakage or the finest micro-cracks when sawing and inserting accessories, for example. Ultimate Pro is also extremely robust when it comes to the internal handling of the bar stock as well as the frames."

The Ultimate Pro can be processed very efficiently, handling within the production process becomes safer, says Swisspacer: this means even better cycle times and minimised waste in the production process. The optimised corner angles and longitudinal connectors further support the special stability of the frames.

The enlarged film surface on the profile side ensures that the butyl application on the frame is optimally successful. This provides a particularly reliable primary seal for the space between the panes. The risks of moisture penetration or gas loss are therefore minimised. The improved perforation of the profile additionally increases quality assurance, as this allows the desiccant in the hollow profile to absorb any moisture more quickly.
