The two online tools guide interested parties precisely step by step through the configuration process. All components of the roller shutter and sun protection elements, such as aluminium profiles, textiles and roller shutter hangings, can be put together according to requirements and adapted either harmoniously or in contrast to the colour scheme of the building envelope.
The current status of their desired solution is displayed to building owners in the form of a 3D representation, which also takes over changes immediately. For planning reliability, the technical details are also subjected to a plausibility check.
Interface between building owners and specialist tradesmen
As an important interface between private building owners and heroal's specialist partners, heroal has designed the subsequent steps to be transparent and easy to contact: After saving their roller shutter or sun shading solutions, prospective buyers receive an ID which they can use to call up the configuration again at any time and change it if necessary.
Downloading in the form of a data sheet is also possible. To request a quotation from a heroal specialist partner, they are forwarded to the specialist partner search on the heroal website in the next step.
Efficient quotation and ordering
As soon as the specialist partner has received the configuration ID in the course of the enquiry, he can call up the roller shutter/sun shading prefabricated element using the ID via the heroal configurator in the heroal Communicator.
