‘Unfortunately, there are double standards in this area, because our guild specialist companies have to fulfil existing standards and regulations, while there is a legal vacuum on the internet, so to speak,’ reports André Urban, head of the R+S Association Cologne. ‘That's why the R+S associations in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Aachen, led by expert Olaf Vögele, are inspecting various roofs to find out whether all the necessary documents are available and whether the roofs can withstand the structural requirements,’ continues Urban.
The test was carried out on the basis of existing standardisation and regulations.
