Arino Duglass will manufacture the all-glass sashes intended for exclusive panorama windows in Zaragoza and distribute them on the Iberian Peninsula. In the rest of Europe, Clara is available through the parent company AGC Glass Europe and certified partners. The innovative all-glass sashes can be integrated into any frame by window and metal fabricators, maximise daylight yield and create flush, aesthetic glass surfaces inside and out, without disturbing edges and steps.

With Clara, all fittings are minimised and relocated into the space between the panes - more light and glass, fewer opaque components, smooth and easy-to-clean surfaces. The multifunctional all-glass sashes of AGC's subsidiary Clara are always custom-made and, depending on the configuration, can provide excellent thermal insulation, sun shading, sound insulation and security at the same time. Because the product uses only AGC's low-iron, colour-neutral and Cradle to Cradle environmentally certified Clearvision base glass, and minimises frames and profiles, it ensures particularly bright rooms flooded with daylight.

The maximised glass area also ensures higher solar energy gains in the transition months and in winter - this saves heating energy and significantly reduces CO2 emissions from buildings. Burglars will not find a way to prise open the windows thanks to concealed fittings and the use of specially hardened glass. Planners are given extensive design freedom thanks to a wide choice of materials and colours for the fixed panels, sashes and interior enamelled elements. The licensing now awarded to Arino Douglass will increase the production capacity for the bespoke glazing and customers will benefit from faster availability.
