Gealan-windowfit was presented for the first time at the BAU 2025 trade fair in Munich. The programme developed in cooperation with Meesenburg is available immediately. It includes bench connection and plinth insulation profiles as well as frame extensions, which Gealan offers exclusively to its customers.
Gealan-windowfit combines the strengths of two industry specialists
Gealan and Meesenburg offer fabricators a tested system portfolio that goes beyond individual products. In addition to matching connection profiles, the system also includes mounting brackets, screws and other accessories - for simple, well thought-out installation.

The programme comprises over 300 individual products, including plinth insulation profiles for floor-to-ceiling units, lift and slide doors as well as bench connection profiles and frame extensions. Thanks to technical plastics with a PVC top layer and high-density EPS, Gealan-windowfit offers excellent thermal insulation and effectively prevents thermal bridges.
There is no need for steel reinforcement
The connection profiles are available in various heights and do not require steel reinforcement. Their airtightness prevents condensation, which means they also fulfil the highest moisture protection requirements. The products are already integrated into the planner software 3.0, which enables convenient and seamless planning.
The windowfit cutting programme is characterised by simple processing: There is no need to cut and screw steel reinforcements. Floor inset profiles are suitable for lift and slide door thresholds from all common suppliers. Various milling contours also offer a wide range of applications.
Thanks to their pressure load-bearing capacity, the connection profiles are also suitable for heavy elements. They also impress with high screw extraction values and remarkable ductility - they can be plastically deformed before they break.
Continuous expansion planned
The windowfit range will be expanded in future to include further products for connecting window elements. Planned highlights include a Triotherm pre-wall installation system.
