To boost productivity, Swisspacer is introducing automation solutions like intelligent load carriers, EDI interfaces, and AI-based order processing. In partnership with an industry expert, Swisspacer has developed a machine that automates spacer bar insertion, reducing cycle times and labour needs. This processing machine, set to launch in summer 2025, will enable efficient processing with high aesthetics, including pre-butylised corner keys.

Swisspacer is also developing new spacer bar systems with added features, such as sound insulation and reinforced glass elements. The company is committed to sustainability, planning to recycle production waste and customer offcuts from 2025. The site in Gliwice, Poland, is already fully powered by renewable energy, and Swisspacer is updating EPDs to confirm its lower environmental impact.
