The HighCrane is a universal caterpillar device for all surfaces. Its working height is up to 19 metres and a lateral reach of 9.5 metres. Together with the powerful rubber caterpillar drive, it is an ideal assembly aid for glass, metal and window fitters. People basket as a special plus The HighCrane is generally equipped with vacuum lifters or hooks.
But that's not all: As a special plus, the device can also transport people, as a people platform can be adapted. Another special feature of the compact crane, which was designed for a maximum load of 1,000 kilograms (with double rope), is the built-in "Pick & Carry" function. This allows panes and components weighing up to 350kg to be attached and transported without lowering the support feet.
The HighCrane combines three functions in one device: crane, glass and window transporter and people platform. That is unique on the market. Various accessories can be attached to the crane head, such as a flyjib (for glass and elements that can be passed through from the outside to the inside) and a glass manipulator with which glasses and facade elements can be installed at great heights by radio control. The HighCrane is powered by a 13 horse power Honda motor, with an AC motor at 4 kilowatts and 6 amperes as an additional drive.

Let's twist again: The Omniturm in Frankfurt
Due to the compact design and the total weight of around 2,720 kilograms (without the counterweight), the 5 metre long HighCrane can be quickly brought to the site even with a 3.5-ton vehicle. This gives the workers a high degree of flexibility. Heinz Teupen, developer and owner of TGT, emphasizes: “The fitters can use their 'normal' transporters with a trailer. That means no additional effort for the logistics and makes the work much easier for you."
